Real Estate Sales Agent

• Location: Delhi NCR
• Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Sales
• Compensation: Up to ₹60,000/month + Incentives + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced *Real Estate Sales Agent* to join our team and work on high-value transactions across *Delhi NCR*.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the region’s most significant real estate transactions — with *HNIs, leading developers, multinational corporations, and institutional clients*.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong communication skills in *English and Hindi*
• Excellent knowledge of Delhi, Gurgaon & Noida real estate markets and key micro-markets
• Strong understanding of commercial and/or residential real estate
• Ability and willingness to travel to property sites — travel expenses will be covered
• Strong client network / existing client base
• Self-starter with the ability to generate business independently
• Comfortable appearing in reels, YouTube videos and other marketing content
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and closing skills
